Returns & Exchanges

 Due to sanitary reasons, we have a no refund or return policy. Once placed, all orders are final. Please ensure your order is correct before placing it.

We stand by our product's quality but sometimes mistakes occur. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of a defective or damaged product. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a replacement please send us an email with the following information–
1. The order number as the subject
2. A brief description of issue
3. Attached photos to delicatelinks@gmail.com

Additionally, if any item is missing in your order we will send a replacement. We can send a replacement order or issue a full return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition and packaging. If the item is deemed defective or damaged, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
